We frequently mentor undergraduate students and professionals, promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEM). By collaborating on innovative programs for middle and high school students and engaging with PhD candidates, we are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders. We are very active in our communities, contributing time, talent, and resources to charitable organizations.

Engagement with industry associations and facilitate dialogue through various speaking engagements. Our team serves on several boards and committees, including the External Advisory Board of Wright State University’s Department of Mechanical Engineering, the External Advisory Board of the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Aerospace Engineering, and numerous leadership roles within the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Student-focused Holistic Aquatic Robotics Kit is a program to introduce K-12 students to the world of underwater robotics. Inspired by bio-mimicry, SHARK aims to spark creativity and engage students who may not traditionally be drawn to robotics. The kit features three age-appropriate builds tailored for elementary, middle, and high school students, with plans for an annual design competition to enhance its comprehensive STEM education initiative.
